Rail Social Value Tool (RSVT)
What is the Rail Social Value Tool?
The Rail Social Value Tool (RSVT) is an online platform designed for the Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB), created by Loop.
It helps users to:
- Assign a monetary value to impacts such as employment and training at a project, programme, team, and organisational level.
- Forecast, monitor, and evaluate social value impact.
- Use financial proxies defined by the National Social Value Standard (SVS) to calculate the monetary value of social outcomes.
The platform is free for all Network Rail users and suppliers working on Network Rail projects.
